Please respect the quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

A strict no-pet policy is enforced in compliance with SMDC condominium regulations.

Guests must report damages or malfunctions immediately to avoid additional fees.

For security and safety purposes, only those listed in the reservation are allowed inside the premises.

Please turn off lights, appliances, heating/cooling systems, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the property or when not in use.

P.S. A doorbell camera is installed at the front door to securely monitor guest check-ins and check-outs, in accordance with building and safety protocols.
